1. What are the advantages of shoot at a higher ISO at a sporting event like basketball or a night football game?

    The exposure will be higher and the image in the darker lighting will come out to be brighter.

2. What suggestions did the author make about using a low ISO?

    He said to use the lower ISO settings in areas where there is plenty of light, but if I wanted to use the lower ISO setting in a lower lit area then the exposure time would take longer.

    Author said that I should use the higher ISO settings when ever I am shooting in areas with low light and for when taking pictures of anything moving at a high speed. He also said that using a higher ISO will also set in for having possibly grainy pictures.
